Reverse Searing Steak!

Whoa! It’s been awhile!

To make up for that, here’s some delicious steak that has been reverse seared! Reverse searing is a process by which you cook the steak slowly first under low heat, and then sear the outside to lock the juices in (even to create the cool hash marks!).  I decided to use a BBQ since that’s the best way for the temperatures to get “screaming” hot and while I was out there, I figured I’d roast some potatoes and bell peppers as well. Enjoy!
