For dessert, I grilled pears in the oven at 375C for ~35-40 min. Grilling pears intensifies their sweetness and makes them so warm and delicious!
Plating took <5 minutes. I coated the pears with thick, sweet and tart yogurt. I drizzled on some honey and sprinkled on blackberries, chopped walnuts and cranberries. The garnish is some fresh spearmint from the garden, and voila! – dessert is served.
It was eaten up in as much time as it took to plate it, so simple and delicious.
